When your ship docks at Taino Bay, you will go through the port exit area. Jonathan will be waiting for you outside the port gates in the driver/guide meeting area, holding a sign with your group's name on it.
Before your cruise arrives, Jonathan will confirm the exact meeting point and send you a WhatsApp message with details specific to your ship's dock location. Taino Bay has multiple dock positions, and we adjust the meeting point accordingly.

Cruise itineraries sometimes change due to weather, port availability, or scheduling. If your ship does not dock at Taino Bay, you will not be charged for the tour, or your deposit will be refunded according to your booking terms.
