"I used Jonathan and Island Ease to pick me up at the airport, and take me to my Airbnb in Playa Dorado. He was standing outside of arrivals with a nicely printed sign with my name on it which made it easy to locate him among the other drivers. They sent a picture of him to my email the night before my flight so locating him would be easy. He took my luggage and walked me to his van which was very clean, and before we started our ride he offered me a beverage which was a nice touch. We arrived and confirmed my pick up 7 days later, and he showed up early waiting for me to come down… He gave some tips on where to go for dinner and also told me where not to go such as tourist traps. Set up was easy and quite competitive @ $35 each way… thanks Jonathan"

Facebook"I contacted Island Ease for an airport transfer to The Senator Resort for a 3:00 pm pick up, since my flight arrives from Miami at 230 PM. I cleared customs etc fast, and was out around 250. I walked around and looked at all the drivers but he wasn't there. At 300, he showed up with his van and his wife was with him, and he apologized for the delay and got us situated quickly and offered us a nice cold beverage (nice touch). We got to our resort in about 35 minutes. On our return, he showed up right on time as we were checking out and took us back to the POP airport. I would give 5 stars on the return and service, but the arrival was 3 to 4 stars, I just don't like waiting."
